Deep understanding of EVM-compatible chains, non-custodial wallet UX, and DeFi protocol primitives (DEX, lending, staking). Proven ability to ship end-to-end features from discovery through to post-launch iteration. Strong data-driven decision-making and comfort running A/B experiments. Experience collaborating across distributed engineering and design teams.
